Why is Baha\'is higher education being prevented?

Baha\'is and the colonial governments are issuing statements and declarations against the Iranian people and government regarding the violation of Baha\'i citizen rights In Iran. One of these petitions for Baha\'is is their rights to educate at university. Baha\'is are deprived of education at universities. However, the most important question is that: why are Baha\'is deprived of educating at higher education and the country universities? Is it against the international rights?

Answer1. :

Baha\'is who had penetrated into the main governmental center had spied extensively in favor of the foreign government. It has been mentioned in article 18/3 of the international treaty of civil and political right passed in the united nations assembly, September, 16, 1966: \"the freedom of declaring religion or beliefs can\'t be restricted; unless, it is done for the support of security, discipline, health or public ethics or the others\' basic freedom rights.[1]\" university where is one of the main centers of each country in which the Baha\'i people\'s freedom can be restricted.

Answer 2. :

preaching immoralities in the country schools by Baha\'is: All the people in charge are responsible to provide a calm and intact environment for the students and scholars in the country. These aims are incons: stent with educating at higher levels in the country because preaching corruption and deceiving the youth are of the proselytizing means of the deviant cult of Baha\'ism. According to the Iranian constitution, because Baha\'ism has been known as the deviant cult and isn\'t originated from God; that is, it is not divine, it isn’t allowed to proselytize.[2]

Answer 3. :

it is necessary for Baha\'is to proselytize. As the head of this cult, Hussein Ali Nouri says: \"proselytizing is an obligatory, public and moral one.\" Nevertheless, it should be asked: won\'t it be cruel for the students or universities if the Baha\'is want to preach and proselytize their creed in sensitive scientific centers such as universities?! For instance, one of Baha\'is belief is getting married with insiders.[3] What will happen if they preach such issues at universities?

Answer4. :

according to Baha\'ism faith and its heads nobody is allowed to disagree the government and rules and regulations. Abbas Effendi has said: \"it is necessary for all of our disciples and followers to obey the king\'s commandments and orders and comply with them.[4]\" one of the rules of the Iranian government is preventing Baha\'is to teach at universities. If the Baha\'is are really Baha\'i, according to Abbas Effendi no Baha\'i is allowed to oppose.

Answer 5. :

Even we don’t accept each of the previous reasons, we say not only the Iranian people in charge prevent Baha\'is to educate at high levels of educations; but also, the Babi and Baha\'i heads prevent their followers to educate. Ali Muhammad Shirazi says: \"Teaching books aren’t allowable except for the Bayan (written by Ali Muhammad).[5]\" or he says: \"you have been prevented in the Bayan book to have more than 19 books; otherwise, you must pay 19 mesghal gold as ransom.[6]
