The first guardian of the Baha’ism faith, the Excellency Shoqi Effendi has described the Iranian people as bigoted, ignorant, and tyrant: “This Blessed Faith was born in a country whose people are famous for having extreme bigotry, ignorance, and tyranny…” HE continued to call the Iranian people as the blood thirsty and said: “And it isn’t necessary for me to praise those holy souls who stood against these bloodthirsty people.” Shoqi has also called the Iranian people as tyrants and said: “And it isn’t necessary for me to say those indescribable oppressions created such an aversion in others who were away from the scene of brutalities.[1]”
