Where have Manoto and BBC originated?

Bahaismiran: Although the Baha’i network “Manoto” and BBC Farsi have repeatedly announced that they have no connection and aren’t ordered by the Great Britain; but the evidence and documents show differently.

In 2007, BBC world service announced it is to establish a TV network in Persian language. Just 5 months before 1388 elections, the English statement decided to run BBC Farsi TV by the English ministry of foreign affairs. Although BBC Farsi belongs to the Crisis period of time; but “Manoto” TV has been able to play its role as infantryman in all period of time in the form of cultural and entertaining aspects.
